“Why I create music is what will always define me as an artist. I would be remiss to compose and not find ways that my work can be shared with the world in which I live. This is why I try to reflect human emotion and use my experiences in life to create music – so that, if someone were to hear it, they would feel a strong emotional connection to something, kindled by the sounds they hear and resonating through their soul. The music should remind them of something or make them feel something new, and when they walk away, they should remember that music can connect us all to these experiences. If my music is known and remembered for anything, it should be for this.”
